How we run an auction
We do not just run the session. We take the asset in and deliver a completed sale with documented title transfer.
Valuation & Inspection
Accredited valuers inspect the asset in person, establish its fair market value and issue a documented valuation report the listing terms are built on. This stage decides whether the whole auction succeeds — an inflated valuation kills it, and one set too low costs the owner.
Preparation & Documentation
We verify the title documents and their legal soundness, and draft the terms booklet in full: asset description, viewing dates, and the settlement and title-transfer procedures.
Targeted Marketing
We take the auction to the bidder base that actually buys in that sector — not untargeted advertising. It is the number of serious bidders that lifts the hammer price, not the number of views.
Running the Session
Either a public auction where bids are called out and rise, or sealed envelopes opened before a committee in one sitting. Either way, the procedure is published in advance in the terms booklet, so every participant knows it.
Award & Handover
Completing the buyer settlement, finalising title transfer and handing the asset over.
And what about you, as a bidder?
There are two steps on the website — the rest of the procedure is set out in the terms booklet.
Register your details
Pick the auction you care about and register in a minute to get an alert before the session.
Order the Terms Booklet
It reaches your address cash on delivery, containing all the auction terms and procedures.
Inspect the asset
Examine the asset in person during the published viewing period before the session.
