Real estate auctions in Egypt — homes, offices, land and buildings

We sell residential, office and retail units, building plots, industrial land and whole buildings by public auction or sealed bid, for government bodies and private companies. Every property is listed only after its title documents are checked and it is valued by valuation experts, with a terms booklet setting out viewing, payment and title transfer.

What we sell in real estate auctions

  • Apartments and residential units in Cairo, Giza and the governorates.
  • Office units, offices and retail shops.
  • Building plots and industrial land in the industrial cities.
  • Whole buildings and property portfolios from bodies and companies reorganising their assets.

How a property auction works with us

Before listing, we check the title documents and their legal soundness, and a valuation expert inspects the property and sets its fair market value. We then prepare the terms booklet with every detail: area, location, viewing dates, entry deposit, payment and title transfer. The auction is marketed to buyers who are looking for property specifically, and the session is run in public or by opening sealed envelopes before a committee.

Questions about Real Estate auctions

Can I view the property before the auction?
Yes. Viewing dates are published on the auction page and in the terms booklet, and every participant may inspect the property in person before the session.
How is title transferred after the hammer falls?
Once the full price is paid by the dates in the terms booklet, the title transfer and handover are completed. The booklet lists the documents and costs involved.
Is the starting price the final price?
No. The starting price is where bidding begins; the property goes to the highest bid in a public auction, or to the best offer in a sealed-bid sale.
